Hot Mammas

Hot Mammas is not just for moms, but for any woman looking to have a fun and get fit in a supportive and encouraging environment with awesome women!

This class is open to women of all ages and ability levels and employs both traditional and non-traditional training tools and techniques. These workouts generally include a warm-up, a period of individual or group stretching, a workout focused on strength and power or speed, agility, quickness, and conditioning, and a cool-down. All you have to do is show up ready to work hard and get in shape! This is a very fun, interactive class that will help to improve your overall power, strength, coordination, balance, and stamina while helping you to reduce body fat and lose weight.
