Summer Camp Sessions
We will be structuring our Summer Camps in three, 3-week Sessions. Dates are as follows:
Session 1
June 11th - June 29th (3 wks) BREAK: July 2nd - July 6th
Session 2
July 9th - July 27th (3 wks) BREAK: July 30th - Aug 3rd
Session 3
Aug 6th - Aug 24th (3wks) BREAK: Aug 27th - Aug 31st
School year schedule will resume September 1st, 2018

Bronze Package
2 Classes per Week
$175 per Session
Silver Package
3 Classes per Week
$200 per Session
Gold Package
Unlimited Training Sessions per Week
$250 per Session
HOW TO REGISTER
Provide the following information:
-Athlete Name(s)
-Training Package(s) for each athlete (i.e. Bronze, Silver, Gold)
-Which Session(s) they wish to attend
Coach TMac will assist collecting online payment once the above information has been received. Any questions can be directed to the above email address.
Youth Camps
Youth Developmental Strength and Conditioning (Ages 8-12)
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 9am
Monday/Wednesday: 4pm
Tuesday/Thursday: 5pm
Advanced Youth Strength and Conditioning (Ages 10-12)*
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 9am
Monday/Wednesday: 6pm
Tuesday/Thursday: 4pm
*May also have access to Speed Development and SAQ
High School Camps
Introduction/Intermediate Strength and Power Training (Ages 13 & Up)
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 9am
Monday/Wednesday: 6pm
Tuesday/Thursday: 4pm
Advanced Strength and Power Training (Ages 13 & Up)*
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 10am
Conditioning Training Camps
Speed Development (Ages 12 & Up)
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 10am
Monday/Wednesday: 5pm
Advanced Speed Development* (Class size is limited and by permission only)
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 11am
SAQ - Speed, Agility and Quickness Training (Ages 13 & Up)
Tuesday/Thursday: 6pm
Advanced SAQ* (Class size is limited and by permission only)
Tuesday/Thursday: 11am
Advanced class entry must be cleared by Coach Skipp or Coach Keysha*
