Tiny Tikes (Ages 3-5)

Offered on a limited basis

This developmental training class is designed to encourage the growth of your child's gross motor skills. This training class' curriculum covers: hopping, skipping, galloping, jumping (vertical and broad), balance (forward and backward), crawling, climbing, basic gymnastics tumbling skills, throwing, catching, and kicking. Parents are asked to stay throughout the training class to observe, help with any behavioral issues, and to provide assistance if your child needs to use the restroom. Some of the kiddos in this class may not be 100% potty trained yet, so your assistance is appreciated.

Mighty Mites (Ages 6-7)

Offered on a limited basis

The class' curriculum is a more advanced version of MadTown's Tiny Tikes training class, with additional movements focusing on strength, agility, speed development (body mechanics), flexibility, and much more! Whether your young child aspires to be a future Olympian or you are simply looking to help them stay active and learn to live a heathy lifestyle, this class is designed to provide a stable and solid foundation for their athletic development. This class will also inspire your child to always put forth their best effort and help to build confidence and self-esteem in a fun and positive environment. Here at Madtown our goal is not only to develop great athletes, but to develop great people as well!

Youth Developmental Strength and Conditioning (Ages 8-12)

A strong base foundation is the most important aspect to an athlete\’s future success and this program is designed to help teach the athletic skills necessary to be successful at any sport. This class is designed to improve overall athleticism and help your child learn how to properly jump, run, tumble, jump rope, and develop their speed and agility. This class' bodyweight strength training exercises are also designed to help your child properly adapt to the ongoing changes in their body's size, weight, and strength as they continue to grow.

Advanced Youth Strength and Conditioning (Ages 10-12)

This training program was created specifically for our advanced and elite youth athletes. It covers the same skills and follows the same philosophy as the Youth Developmental Strength and Conditioning class, but done at a faster pace and utilizes more complex movements and skills. This class is perfect for the athletic “tween”.  

Class size is limited. Entry into this class is allowed by permission only. Athletes must be cleared by Coach Skipp or Coach Keysha.

  • Monday/Wednesday @ 4:30pm
